Work to restore the trust of parents and ensure parental rights. Bridge the gap between parents, teachers, and schools by listening to and engaging with all. Give parents reasons to keep their children in Williamson County public schools. 

Focus on students as individuals and provide age-appropriate curriculum and books.  Let's get back to basics (reading, writing, math, science, history, social studies, the arts, the trades, life skills)  and provide an objective education without ideologies. Provide high quality curriculum and not untested ones. Cultivate a safe school environment for all students. 

Find ways to better support teachers and give them a resource to voice their concerns. Look into ways to increase teacher salaries to a competitive wage. Give teachers incentives to stay in Williamson County schools and to feel valued. Let teachers teach and not have to follow a script of a subpar curriculum.

Be a good steward of taxpayers' dollars and provide transparency of how money is spent and what students are being taught. Work with community on ways to support schools.
